As you may know me, I’m kind of into music, and “Radio Mitch” has been something in my mind for years. Guess what? Now’s my time to start, so let me introduce.
What is Radio Mitch?
Radio Mitch is my digital space that reflects my musical soul. Here, I want to share and persist my music—my songs, jams, and thoughts that define my musical universe. You’ll also find insights into the art of making music. It’s my place where notes and stories come alive and are woven through strings, keys, and beats.
Who is Mitch?
Well, that’s me – a multi-instrumentalist with a lifelong passion for music. I play a bit of everything like guitars, keys, horns, drums, and some authentic ethno instruments like the Cuban tres and the Portuguese guitar. I’m into all sorts of beats, but I’m particularly drawn to African grooves, Cuban and Brazilian vibes (or Latin vibes in general), Gypsy tunes and Flamenco, underground Hip Hop, and a bit of Blues or Rock sometimes—just no Techno.
Why Radio Mitch?
Well, I’ve had this idea in my head for ages – my own digital space for music. It’s simple, yet complicated, really. Basically, I want to share my musical universe with friends. Unfortunately, I lost some good stuff along the way, and I don’t want it happening again. So, here we are. I’m determined to persist my art. No big platforms – just my place to do my thing, without anyone messing with my vibes.
Where am I broadcasting from
While my roots are planted in Berlin, these days, I live in the southwestern region of Portugal. Hidden at a sweet spot somewhere between mountains and the sea. But, you know what? I want to broadcast from all kinds of spots around the globe.
When did it all start?
My musical journey started by making noise as a kid on the keyboard and guitar—a long time ago. Now, it’s time to share my musical soul with the world.
